Mauvy Lip Tutorial

"Mauvy", "Kylie Mauve Nude Lip", "Mauvy Nude Lip", these are all terms that have been lingering around all of social media. This lip has been my GO-TO Fall lip and I am sure it will be my GO-TO Winter lip. I love this shade because it complements any skin tone and if over drawn with taste it can make your lips appear larger, which I am sure a lot of us would love.

In order to achieve this lip I use three very inexpensive products. The first is Prestige lip liner in the color KISS, I use this one to line my lips and fill it in a little as you can see on the second photo. The second product is Milani lipliner 04 in NATURAL which I use to fill in my lips. Then I take Maybelline's 930 TRUFFLE TEASE  and finish off this Mauvy/Kylie inspired Lip. I will link all the products below incase any of you are interested in purchasing them.

I hope you all enjoyed this Tutorial. If you try it out or anything similar I would love to see it :) send it to me on instagram or twitter. You can find all my social media links down below.

DIY School Supply Case

Today I have a great DIY/Recycle idea for all your old phone cases. I few months ago my sister gave me this iphone case (which I did not like for my phone). Instead of throwing it away I decided to recycle it and use it for my school supplies. I wanted to share this amazing idea with you all since I feel like many people have similar cases just lying around at home. I Hope you all enjoy this DIY/Recycle idea. If you do this I would LOVE to see them so send them to me on twitter (@iBrendaMichelle) or tag me on instagram (@i_brendamichelle9)

Midnight Plum *Make-Up Look*

This past week I went out for a friends birthday and had this dark plum look made with the Lorac Pro Palette 2. A lot of my friends wanted me to show them how I made it therefore I decided to make a post about it.

Personally I LOVE dark looks for any night outing because it makes anyone look fierce, and adds that extra hint of glamour to any outfit. Wether it be green, blue or brown eyes a dark eye shadow suits any. Either this look or another I encourage you all to play around with different bold eye looks.

Tutorial:
1st PRIME : The Lorac Palette comes with a primer which I love but you can use any other primer.

2nd TRANSITION COLOR: I use the color "Nectar"and blend, blend, blend.

3rd CREASE COLOR: I use the color "Lt Brown" since it is somewhat of a good transition but a bit darker it does a good job of bringing the lid color into the lighter transition color.

4th LID COLOR: Take "Plum" and tap it onto your lid. Pack the color as dark as you prefer. Personally I go really dark :)

5th INNER EYE COLOR: take "Rose" and add a bit to your inner eye area.

6th BROW HIGHLIGHT: I then take "Snow" and add it under my eye brow as a highlight

Alternative
7th UNDER EYE: after adding your foundation if you would like some extra drama to your look you can take "Cocoa" and with a pencil brush add it underneath your eyes.

I Hope you all enjoyed this tutorial. If there are any other looks you would like to see please comment below. As well if you have any questions please let me know I love hearing about you all. Do you like darker eye looks or more natural looks?

Mascara Routine

Hi lovelies, I hope you all had a great Monday :) Today I am going to talk to you about my mascara routine. How I make my eye lashes look voluminous and long. It is a 5 step routine. You do not have to buy the exact products that are seen in my blog for step 1, 3, and 4 as long as it is a similar brush, the magic is the brush <3. However, for step 2, and step 4 you need that exact mascara because it is not just the brush but also the product.

1st step is to brush your lashes with any old mascara brush; brush it a couple of times just to spread your lashes.

2nd step is the Avocado Seed Oil mascara which helps grow your lashes; It really works :)

3rd step is to use the Maybelline Falsies Volume Express, The shape of the brush is really helpful in spreading out your lashes to add volume.

4th step is to add thickness with the very wet and thick brush of Rimmel Volume Flash Scandal Eyes. Add a lot of coats from this mascara this will help in the last step.

5th step is the elongating fibers. The brand seen in the picture is the one I use which is a mexican brand however you may find another american brand such as the L'oreal Voluminous False Fiber Lashes it does the same work. This last step adds even more volume because all the fibers that get attached to your lashes because of the previous step.

** If you are going to curl your lashes just make sure to do it after step 1**

I hope you all enjoyed this blog post. Please feel free to comment down below I would love to hear all your feedback and opinions.

Final Look :)
